A unique session in which Natasha and Gustav use their combined knowledge of horse and rider biomechanics that guarantees a transformative experience for both horse and rider.
Gustav has over a decades experience working within professional sports including working with olympic medal winners on the British Dressage Team, this gives him a unparalleled ability to asses rider asymmetries that contribute to the performance of the horse in minute detail following the session an individualised program detailing exercises for corrective symmetry will be provided to every rider.
Natasha has two decades of experience encompassing a seat-centric approach to riding, underpinned with the belief that the rider’s position in the saddle is a key determinant of the successful confluence of the horse and rider.
Incorrect/improper rider alignment detrimentally affects the rider’s ability to follow the movement of the horse leading to compensatory patterns that once created impair the horse’s ability for self carriage and thereby it’s performance and working lifespan.
This is a common situation that many riders struggle with and often seek to rectify with the use of different bits and artificial aids, when simply addressing the root cause of poor rider alignment produces a much more favourable outcome not only for the rider but also the horse.
