The Centred Rider Physiotherapy Masterclass

The session will include a 60 minute exercise class which will incorporate Pilates, Kinetic link training and plyometrics. Sarah's expert eye can see areas of imbalance, and movement pattern dysfunction, which can be addressed to facilitate a unison between both horse and rider and maximising your performance in the saddle.

Muscle slings and activation
Common rider injuries
Common rider postures and corrections
When to use aids when riding
Sarah is passionate about the connection riders have with their 4 legged partners and strongly believes our own physicality plays a massive role in this. Sarah's expert eye can see areas of imbalance, and movement pattern dysfunction, which can be addressed to facilitate a unison between both horse and rider, maximising your strength, performance, and reducing the chance of injury to you and your horse.
Sarah Campbell is a Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with over 16 years experience. She is a qualified APPI Pilates teacher and a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).
We are located three miles north-east of Chichester, 30 miles from both Brighton and Southampton, and an hour’s drive from the M25 (J10).
Our booking system includes a rider registration step and the first lesson available to new registrants is an Introduction Lesson. These are mandatory requirements and also allow us to ensure you get the most out of your time in the saddle. Please note that as per our booking conditions we are unable to give refunds.
All riders must bring their own hats.
If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to turn up for any reason, your payment will not be refunded.
Lessons and other sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled to a date within six months of the original appointment.
Riding is an all-weather pursuit and goes ahead even in inclement conditions.
