Passionate about Horse Riding
EQUINE EXCELLENCE, EXPERTLY DELIVERED
A very warm welcome to the Classical Riding Academy at Molecomb Stud, where we offer unrivalled riding tuition and livery in world-famous surroundings.
Molecomb enjoys an idyllic location within the beautiful, leafy 12,000-acre Goodwood Estate in West Sussex, which provides a suitably inspirational backdrop for your riding experience with us. From the first moment arriving on site, you will quickly realise that we pride ourselves on the very highest standards in every facet of our operations.
Since founding the business in 2016, I sought to assemble the finest collection of instructors and support staff – an enviable team with a shared equine passion, able to deliver the best tuition available on our handpicked selection of exceptional horses.
Whether you are starting out with little experience, keen to develop your riding skills, or looking to master the equestrian art, we will do everything to ensure you flourish under our expert guidance.

INNOVATION IN EQUESTRIAN EDUCATION
At Classical Riding Academy, we strive to create a balance between traditional classical horsemanship combined with a modern and advanced understanding of the biomechanical workings of the human and equine bodies and their relationship to each other. As a result, our inspired teaching methods create harmonious and enlightened riders. We have created a unique tiered system approach to our riding lessons, to support our students through their equine journey.

EXPERIENCED. TALENTED. PROFESSIONAL
You're in extremely safe, competent hands when visiting our riding centre. Our expert instructors have all enjoyed highly decorated careers – on the coaching side, on a competitive basis, or a combination of both. We do our utmost to help you realise your aspirations, and improve your skills within a friendly environment.

ONLY THE HIGHEST CALIBRE
Our beloved horses of the Classical Riding Academy have been handpicked and home trained, sometimes even home bred to ensure that we maintain our incredibly high standards, which place horse mental health and ethical training above all else.
They largely live out for most of the year in compatible herds (even the stallion!) at our base Molecomb Stud, on the Goodwood Estate.
We keep them as naturally as possible and they want for nothing in terms of their care, receiving every possible attention to detail.
Each horse works a maximum of 2 x 45 min sessions five days a week and they are spoilt and loved and treated with great respect, which we know you will see shine through when you meet them.
